The Youth Assistance Program (YAP) provides services to Detroit-area youth identified as at-risk of delinquent behavior. The program provides:
Mentoring and educational assistance
Problem-solving and anger management counseling
Peer group counseling in building positive relationships and decision-making skills
Behavioral, mental health and substance abuse counseling
